Welcome to Dead Rose Studios! These terms and conditions govern all bookings, sessions, and services provided by our recording studio, located in Clifton, New Jersey. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Booking and Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of $65 is required to secure all recording sessions. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking to reserve your time slot.

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to two times without forfeiting the deposit. If you fail to reschedule after the second time, the deposit will no longer be available as credit and will be forfeited.

• The deposit will be credited toward the total session cost. The remaining balance is due at the start of the session.

• Cancellations made without rescheduling within 48 hours of the session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Studio Equipment Liability

• Clients are fully responsible for the care and proper use of all studio equipment during their session.

• In the event of damage to any studio equipment caused by the client or their party due to negligence or misuse, the client is responsible for covering the full purchase price of the damaged equipment.

• Dead Rose Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate a session immediately if unsafe behavior or negligence is detected that risks damage to the equipment.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership Rights

• Dead Rose Studios retains full ownership and rights to any music, sound recordings, compositions, or other audio content produced by our engineers and producers in the studio.

• If clients wish to retain the rights to music or recordings created by our engineers or producers, this must be explicitly stated in written documentation and mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the project.

• All rights to the final recordings are subject to this agreement, and any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or usage of the recordings without proper licensing from the studio is prohibited.

4. Session Etiquette

• Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and full payment is required.

• No smoking, illegal substances, or inappropriate behavior is permitted in the studio. The studio reserves the right to terminate any session immediately if these rules are violated.

• Clients are responsible for the behavior of all individuals they bring into the studio.

5. Liability Waiver

• Dead Rose Studios is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss of personal belongings, or other damages that occur while on the studio premises.

• Clients use the studio facilities at their own risk.

6. Payment Terms

• Full payment for the session is required before the client receives any final deliverables.

• Acceptable payment methods include Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey.

By booking and attending a session at Dead Rose Studios, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting on our website.
